The main focus of the Service Sales Inhouse position is to effectively and efficiently support the sales of our BPS Instrument Service offerings with heavy focus on renewals of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) (Contracts for Preventative Maintenance). This individual will be directly supporting Customers as well as the service sales activities of the Service Specialists in the field, Field Service Engineers, amongst others. They will also review Service quotes as needed for accuracy and compliance to service level parameters. In addition, they will develop opportunities for planned maintenance, and prepare and quote contracts (SLA’s) for smaller accounts and start-ups. Disciplinary reporting will be to the Service Sales Manager. This role requires excellent organizational skills and high customer focus to respond to requests promptly and professionally

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Support the field sales team with small or one-off renewals or basic contracts
  • Maintain the team e-mail box and assign as necessary to field sales specialist
  • Be first point of contact for new leads and provide first response information in conjunction with Service Sales Manager.
  • Support field sales specialist with legal issues, i.e. Terms and Conditions, MSA and associated work.
  • Help support Pipe Drive and Panda Doc
  • Develop targeted sales campaigns in conjunction with in-house marketing
  • Support various Industry events and Trainings
  • Actively participate in Weekly departmental conference call and Bi-weekly service contract discussions
  • Monitor service contract reports and assign upcoming renewals as required
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, and customers, including responding by E-mail and phone. Ensure status of milestones is communicated internally and externally.

What will convince us:

  • Associates degree in Business, Administration/Marketing or Comparable Experience
  • Combination of industry experience and or technical/military training
  • Proficiency in MS office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preferably 5 years Sales, or Sales Support preferably in the Biopharmaceutical industry
  • Valid Driver's License and Passport
  • Ability to travel both with in USA and worldwide
  • Occasional travel (10%)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
